Payment: We accept MasterCard, Visa, Check or Money Order. All custom orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.   Orders are non-refundable due to the nature of customization. Our quality standards are very high and we anticipate you will be pleased with your purchase.  However, in the event that you are not, please contact us as soon as possible upon receipt of order.

Order Processing: Current processing time for order is less than 7 days. Commissioned and special orders will take longer.  Please let us know if you require a rush and every effort will be made to accommodate you.   

Shipping: Orders will ship via USPS or UPS,  which ever incurs the lowest freight charge.
